Cancellation Policy for calls: Advance Cancellations more than 14 days out will receive a full refund. After that grace period, bookings are final and non-refundable, but may be rescheduled up to 2 times so long as the booked date of the call is more than 7 days in advance of any scheduled call. Any reschedule requests within 48-24 hours of a scheduled call will incur a fee of 50% and same day requests received within 24 hours of a call will be treated as cancellations and incur 100% fee and forfeit the booking.
No-shows to calls or in-person bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Because the results of these sorts of sessions are highly subjective and results will vary based on your specific circumstances and follow-through.
