On a call: We’ll work through what you need to achieve that you want and I’ll give you specific actionable recommendations to get what you need to done and be honest about if It can be done too.

In-Person We’ll take the assistance the next level and this becomes on-the-job training where I’ll guide you through getting your shoot going.

This isn’t a videographer service, I won’t take over and shoot for you or appear on-camera in your content.
I may also request links to your content and other resources from you prior to our chat so that I can be fully informed coming into it.
For in-person sessions I reserve the right to cancel, change & refuse requested locations if I have any safety concerns.
Additional Travel costs will apply to any travel outside business hours (8am-5pm) or travel in excess of 1 hour standard journey. i’ll quote these ahead of any seasons we agree on.

Cancellation Policy for calls: Advance Cancellations more than 14 days out will receive a full refund. After that grace period, bookings are final and non-refundable, but may be rescheduled up to 2 times so long as the booked date of the call is more than 7 days in advance of any scheduled call. Any reschedule requests within 48-24 hours of a scheduled call will incur a fee of 50% and same day requests received within 24 hours of a call will be treated as cancellations and incur 100% fee and forfeit the booking.

No-shows to calls or in-person bookings are strictly non-refundable.

Because the results of these sorts of sessions are highly subjective and results will vary based on your specific circumstances and follow-through. I do not offer refunds after a session has been delivered. Advice & opinions offered are based on 20+ years of industry experience and as such cannot be guaranteed. All services are offered at your own risk, by booking these session you agree that I am nor responsible for any actions you subsequently take as a result of the advice & opinions shared.
